Rifah Trust is a welfare and development organization, established in 1999 and has been registered under the Registration Act 1882 with the Government of Pakistan since 2002, as a non-profit, charity
organization.

It is located at Rehmatabad (Gharibabad), which is an under-developed area, East of Rawalpindi, about 15 kilometres from Islamabad, Pakistan.
